Lighting Fixture & Voltage Disclosure
If your order includes sockets or LED lightings, please send us your local plug reference image to confirm pre‑installation details. We'll send you drawings to further confirm the location of the transformer.
Lighting fixtures are subject to technical limitations. Please contact us to confirm voltage and required plug version.
Customization Instructions
We cater for small‑batch retail orders as well as large‑scale boutique and mall project orders.
- For color customization, please provide your color reference number. Due to screen display differences between digital devices and real‑world production, slight color variance may occur. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
- For material upgrades, please let us know your preferred material. We support laminate, wood veneer, stone, metal, tiles and other options. Pricing varies for different materials.
- For design customization, please let us know your preferred base model, and specify your requirements for drawers, doors, internal compartments, locks, wire holes, sockets and other accessories.
3D Renderings & Production Drawing Service
In order to ensure your order requirements are fully and correctly understood, we suggest you provide your own 3D renderings, or request our professional designer’s customizable drawing service.
A design fee of 100 USD is charged for single‑unit custom design.
For multiple units and bulk orders, please contact us for favorable pricing.
After payment is confirmed and before production starts, we will send you official production drawings for final confirmation to ensure all details are fully consistent before manufacturing.
Production Lead Time
Stock‑ready items will be shipped within our advertised lead time, normally transferred to logistics within 7‑10 working days.
Custom‑made orders require production time according to project complexity, generally 25‑30 working days before hand‑over to logistics.
Shipping Time
Air shipping transit time varies, normally 7‑15 days for arrival.
Sea shipping transit time depends on your final destination; 50‑60 days is for general reference.
Please contact us to confirm the exact production and delivery schedule before placing your order.
Shipping Solutions
Multiple shipping options are available, including air freight and sea freight.
We support various shipping terms:
- DDP (door‑to‑door delivery),
- CIF (customer pickup from destination ports),
- FOB (Free on Board),
- EXW (customer pickup from our factory).

We will recommend suitable shipping plans based on your order size and destination.
All wood furniture pieces are well‑packed with foam protective layers and export‑grade wooden crates to reduce damage risk during transit.
Important Note Upon Receipt
Please inspect goods immediately upon receiving your shipment. Document any transport‑related damage with photos. Reach out to us within a reasonable time frame for support.
Payment Information
For non‑customized orders with value under 1,500 USD, we accept PayPal for online checkout. 100% paid before shipping.
For custom‑made orders, bank transfer is the only available payment method.
- A 50% deposit is required to initiate production. We'll send HQ video & images once production completed to you to confirm the production status
- Full balance and shipping cost must be settled within 5 working days prior to shipment. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received.
Return & Refund Overview
Order only support cancle before officially produced.
Once production started, order no longer support cancle.
Custom‑designed products are tailor‑made according to your requirements and cannot be returned or exchanged unless servere manufacturing defects occur.
All return requests must be communicated to us in advance.
