For furniture products, please note:

  • Natural wood products may vary in grain, color, and texture. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural materials and are not considered defects.

  • Slight measurement deviations within industry standards (±2–3 cm) are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any orders placed for items priced incorrectly, or

  • Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order at the corrected price.

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Order Placement

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is merely an acknowledgment of receipt.

Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and Reno Display is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has been dispatched.

If your order contains multiple items, the contract is formed only for the items actually shipped.

Order Cancellation

  • Standard items: You may cancel your order before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted (see our Return and Refund Policy).

  • Custom items: You may cancel only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

5. Payment

By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

All payment transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways. We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or issues arising from your payment provider.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.

Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

  • Standard items: No returns or refunds after shipment (except for damage/defects).

  • Custom items: No returns or refunds after production begins (except for damage/defects).

  • Claims for damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos and videos.
